Chanukah is a great time to get together with family and friends. We host at least 3 events each Chanukah, and we love to bring the joy and holiday atmosphere into our home. Entertaining can also come along with its stressful moments as well. We all know that! On Chanukah I try to make all the main dishes ahead of time, and leave the frying until the day of the party, as fried foods are always better fresh. Latkes can be made a few hours ahead, and rewarmed at 300, uncovered, until crispy and warm . I have compiled a few recipes from our long list of great recipes to help narrow down some great dairy and pareve party fare ideas.
Enjoy, and a happy Chanukah to everyone!
