Purim and crowds tend to go together very often. Can we always count how many people actually ended up eating at our Purim Seudah? Here is a great menu thats easy to prepare for large crowds. Everyone will be happy!
Hawaiian Mini Meatballs Great as an appetizer over rice, these mini meatballs have a marvelous tropical sauce. Because they’re baked instead of simmered, this recipe takes less prep time than conventional meatballs.
Tongue in Cherry-Cranberry Sauce This cherry-infused sauce pairs beautifully with the soft and tender tongue. If you can’t get dried cherries, feel free to substitute dried cranberries.
Mock Dairy Noodle Kugel Not just another noodle kugel, this version uses some extraordinary ingredients that can fool you into thinking it’s dairy. Cinnamon graham cracker crumbs used for both the crust and topping complement its flavor.
