Quinoa is a seed that provides plenty of carbohydrate, but it is a good source of fiber and unusually rich in protein. These factors cause it to be more slowly digested, giving you sustained energy and enabling you to feel full for longer.

Thanks dina! There's usually a reason to why foods are filling. Now, if only cheesecake was as healthy... Maybe we will get a good cheese cake recipe ms Kafra?

You can actually make a healthy cheese cake out of low fat cottage cheese, use splenda (or other artificial sweetener), and cut down more on fat by substituting one whole egg with 2 whites. When you blend ingredients it removes all the lumps of the cottage cheese and you are left with a creamy texture.
