6 cups coleslaw mix
3 cups purple cabbage
Dressing
1/2 cup un-drained sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp grated onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp dry mustard
Combine all dressing ingredients, mixing well.
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss gently to combine.
