What more is there to say???

P.S. great way to get rid of overripe bananas

P.P.S. Kids love this! Let them put ice cream toppings (i.e. sprinkles) on for extra fun!

Ingredients

6 bananas, cut into chunks and frozen solid

Directions

1.  Place bananas in food processor. Process.

Note: You may have to add a little hot water, 3 Tbsp. at a time, to get that super creamy consistency. Be patient: this could take about 5 minutes of processing.

Optional: Squirt some chocolate syrup into the bowl of the processor and pulse a few times to marbleize. Voila! Chocolate-covered banana ice cream! Maybe even stir in some toasted chopped walnuts... you get the idea! Add-ins are encouraged. Have fun!

2.  When the processing is completed, scrape out with a spatula into a freezer-safe container, and freeze until hard. YUMM!
