Beer Infused Non-Dairy Ranch Dressing

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup Tofutti sour cream


1/2 cup mayonnaise


3 Tbsp parsley flakes


6 Tbsp chives


1 clove garlic, crushed


salt and pepper, to taste


1/3 cup soy milk


1/4 cup beer

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.


This dressing is great as a dipping sauce for the beer batter broccoli bites or can be used as a salad dressing.
