1 tablespoon olive oil.
1/2 cup minced onion
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Preheat your oven to 375. In a skillet, over high heat, saute the onion in the oil for 5 minutes or until they are soft. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Place the onion and garlic into a bowl and add the beef, oregano, cracker crumbs, eggs, salt and black pepper. Mix to combine. Roll into meatballs into golf ball sized balls and arrange them on a baking sheet with sides. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the meatballs are browned and cooked throughout. Serve as an appetizer or add them into your favorite in tomato sauce over pasta.
