Sugar Free Cole Slaw

Sugar Free Cole Slaw
Difficulty Level: Easy
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
Better than you can ever imagine, serve with meat fish or just on its own.

Ingredients

1 lb cole slaw blend


1/4 cup vinegar


3-4 ml sucralose


3 generous tablespoons of (low fat) mayonnaise


1 tsp salt

Directions

Place the cole slaw mix into a large bowl and run a sharp knife through it a few times to cut up any small pieces.  Add the ingredients in the order they appear and mix thoroughly until combined.  Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
