Healthy Oat Bran Muffins
Difficulty Level: Easy
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 18 minutes
Servings: 12 muffins
You wouldn't believe how fast my kids ate these muffins... with all those healthy ingredients. By now I'm sure you know my children are the best recipe testers you can get!

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups oat bran


1 cup whole wheat flour


1 1/2  tsp cinnamon


1 tsp baking powder


Scant 1 tsp baking soda


3/4 cup apple butter


1/2 cup agave


1/4 cup oil


1 egg


1 tsp vanilla extract


1/2 cup dried cherries

Directions

1.  Preheat oven to 350.


 


2.  Mix all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.  Pour into lined muffins tins.


 


3.  Bake for 18 minutes and cool on wire rack.
